In Minneapolis, he directed and designed 800 Words: The Transmigration of Philip K. Dick by Victoria Stewart, making City Pages' Top Ten and earning Luverne Seifert an Ivey. He directed and designed Sadgrrl_13 by Cory Hinkle, and designed The Sense of What Should Be by Dominic Orlando, all produced by Workhaus Collective.
He has developed plays at the Playwrights Center for Lisa D'amour, Sally Oswald, Jacquelyn Reingold, Victoria Stewart and Alan Berks.
He writes and plays music with Wilhelm Bros. & Co. He designed Copperhead for Bessie award-winning choreographer Karen Sherman at the Southern Theatre, winning a Sage Award for design, and designed Beyond the Owing for Genevieve Bennett at the Red Eye Theatre.
In New York, he directed and designed Bronwen Bitettis Casting Off for the Ontological/Hysterics Incubator series, which also received a residency from the Lower Manhattan Cultural Council.
He co-created and performed Red-Eye to Havre de Grace (2005) and Flamingo/Winnebago (2007) with Lucidity Suitcase Intercontinental, both commissioned by the Philadelphia Live Arts Festival. Flamingo/Winnebago traveled to Novisad Festival in Serbia and Tricklock Company's Revolutions Festival in Albuquerque.
He directs and performs Ofer Ben-Amots chamber opera The Dybbuk, which premiered in Montreal and toured in Germany, Colorado Springs, Denver and Houston.
He directed and designed Quixote for Denvers Buntport Theatre, which has toured festivals in Edmonton, and Philadelphia.
In Groningen, Netherlands, he has been commissioned by the Noorderzon Festival to create original and site-specific performances: Ranger Steve Reynolds (2006) and Paolo Parmeggiano (2008).
He holds a BA in Drama from Colorado College and an MFA in Directing from the University of Iowa.
